Meet senior Softball Player, Lexi Duff

Lexi’s plans after high school are to play softball for Oklahoma Baptist University where she will also major in biology. Lexi has played for the Lady Tigers ever since she was in middle school. Her biggest inspiration for playing softball is her role model and sister, Charlie Crawford. Lexi is a member of National Honor Society, FCA, and Leaflets. She would like to thank God for giving her the opportunities that he has blessed her with. Also, she would like to thank her friends, family and teammates for supporting her and for being there when she needed them.

Congratulations to The Pride of Ardmore Color Guard for receiving a Superior rating at OSSAA Color Guard Competition and The Pride of Ardmore for receiving Excellent and Good ratings at OSSAA Regional Marching Contest in Lawton on Tuesday, October 10th! We are proud of The Pride of Ardmore and their tremendous growth through this marching season!!

Meet senior Football player, Chantz Scurry

After High School, Chantz plans to further his education and attend college. His family inspired him to be competitive in sports. Football is his favorite sport, but he is also involved in Wrestling and is a member of the Tiger Track Team. Chantz wanted to give a special thank you to his mom and dad for all their support and encouragement.

Meet senior Pom Member, Abbigayle Coley

Abbigayle's plans after high school are to attend Oklahoma University and pursue a career in the medical field. She is involved in NHS, Leaflets, and Student Council. Her first dance instructor that helped her prepare for pom before moving to Ardmore is the one who inspired her to be a member of the Pom squad. Abbigayle would like to thank her parents and her brother for always believing in her and encouraging her to do whatever she wanted to do. Finally, she would like to thank all her friends at Ardmore High for all their support.

Tuesday, October 10th

Our community will be voting next Tuesday on the renewal of the sales tax. Many of you have asked us how much Ardmore Schools has received over the last five years and what have we used those funds for. Specifically, Ardmore has used the sales tax funds for technology equipment and instructional classroom materials. We have received over $3.41 million in funds to date. Attached is a flier which gives you a quick look at just what those technology items were.
